The Fresno Police Department is currently seeking Jeffrey
C. Marshall on a one million dollar warrant charging him with
Murder. On Friday, April 6, 2007, Fresno Police Officers responded
to Elizabeth Lynne Waterson's residence to check on her
welfare. Upon officer's arrival, they found Ms. Waterson lying on
the floor. Ms. Waterson had been shot multiple times and had
succumbed to her injuries. An extensive investigation was conducted
and follow-up detectives were able to identify Ms. Waterson's
assailant.
